– Permission to advertise your screening, charge for admission, or accept donations
– Advertising materials, including standard and customizable graphics

If your group size is larger than 300, or if cost is a barrier, please let us know in the form. Our team is happy to explore options with you and will follow up directly.
why do we charge screening fees?
As independent filmmakers, we pour our hearts, time, and resources into creating stories that spread empowerment, resilience, and adventure. Screening fees help cover the growing costs of distributing the film and allow us to build a sustainable path forward—so we can continue making films that inspire and uplift. Thank you for helping us share these stories with the world.
what type of venues can screenings take place?
We recommend renting a local theater or event space whenever possible. These venues often have built-in seating, accessible parking, and professional audio/visual setups — which makes the screening process smoother and creates a high-quality experience for your guests.
Great venue options include:
-
Independent or boutique theaters
-
University auditoriums
-
Arts, community centers or public libraries
-
Conference rooms or presentation spaces
If you’re hosting at a less traditional venue, be sure to confirm whether A/V is included or if you’ll need to rent a projector, screen, or sound system from a local vendor.
